It happened so quickly, I hardly realized it. Somebody from MSN sent me 3 files out of the blue. I wasn't even talking and she sends me these files. At first, I was like "WTF is she sending me this for". After downloading it, I see that they're stored as MS-DOS files. I look at the icons sitting on my desktop and I'm like "This looks suspiscious". I run a Norton scan and it brings up nothing....so, to peak my curiosity, I stupidly decide to open them (Thinking that they were harmless). My comp freezes, I reboot and my comp goes through 5 different malicious code scanning. Ad-aware pops up and gives me some "changed registry" warnings which imediately makes me go

. Then Norton deletes a nice, flavourful trojan from my comp. So, a note to everyone, don't open MS-DOS files from MSN users. I know it's common sense, but I did it without even thinking...I still have no idea why.
