SO DO I
as of lately in the forum there users are saying all kinds of strange things are going on with it.?
i only can say what i have and that is not many toubles just little buggy things
but i use it on win98 winMe and this winXp and it does not do to me what a lot of the others are saying it does to them.??? i use just the bundled versions of windows from dell (winXp) from pionix (win98) which was the first one and needed lots of fixing and from systmax (winMe)
but yes it is a good one for me. it does all the tag information you can dream of.
and it keeps it when converting from mp3 to ogg. which is good for me.
and then if you want it will rip cds too. has very smiple menu bars and stuff nothing too complex but it works like it says for me. i have even converted from wav with it and only had the trouble that it did not keep the tag info from the wav to the mp3 i had to re edit the tags for the wavs i had just converted.
but this is made like a combonation of winamp and media jukebox. but it uses plugins and skins from winamp and it is not messed up in the program code like media jukebox. so it has the best of both those players.
i dont use anyother one then mm or winamp any more.
and i record from line in with the wave editor from soundblasters sound card software.
but like i said i can only say how it works on my systems. if your using some other one it appears that there might be troubles as that is the only thing i can think of that the users in the forum there are getting the errors from (non windows computers). that might not be their reason for troubles though as most are not using firewalls and antivirus stuff yet. (stupid)
but i hope it works for you. as it is far better then anything i seen to edit id3v1 and id3v2 tags.
