Players were complaining that percentiles were too small in order to get artifacts and the idea of a ranom 1% chance was too low and not worth going.
So OSI changed doom and made the arty chance go by the more monsters you kill the more the percent gradually gains making it to where eventually you will recive an artifact. I think its like the tokuno system they said but im not sure if its the same.
So i think maybe this would be an idea we could use for the shard because only a few people go to doom at a time and it would be a cool way to get more people involved because they wont think they will be going for nothing.. eventually they will get an artifact.
And the osi system actually did work because a week of fighting in doom i got a Spirit of the Totem on my tamer than i went with my warrior the next day who i had fought with about the same amount and got a ring of the vile
