Seems the spawner may be broken, ran around the entire room and no spawn.

I'm at a loss to recall where the spawner in doom for shadow wyrms would be. Can you post a screenshot or coordinates I can check the spawner.

I was unaware of any shadow wyrm in doom also, unless you meant like, outside, which yeah you must have.
