I put an offer on a house (accepted and bought)

Well tomorrow is where I actually officially do the offer but yeah, offering 160k on a 187k house. It's low, but the agent said they are really willing to negotiate, and there is lot of repairs.

I figured everything out and I can afford it. It will be tight though, and hopefully I can afford to keep the server running but think I'll get by ok.

So yeah, if they do take that offer I may have myself a house.

It's MINE! I offer 160k they said 165k which was my max, so I took it.

Still have some stuff to do such as an inspection so it's not 100% yet but it's close!

Lot Size: 50 X 100
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 1.5
Kitchens: 1
Garage: Attached
Parking: 2
Fire Place: 1
house age: 26+
Gas furnace
Brick foundation (that kinda made me weary, but it's decent condition, will fill in cracks and stuff)

square feet: 1056

Asking price: $184,900
Bought at: $165,000

I'll post some pics way later, once it's officially mine. You know, the classic with me next to the sold sign and the whole 9 yards.
