If you just added more disk space and you're staring at the dozens or so of partitions and wondering WTF do I do, you're not alone. You landed on the right place because everything else I found was overly complicated.
Simply go to a shell and do this:
Reboot. It will automatically resize all the right partitions. I just tried this in 26.1
