Problems making a account on UOGateway

when attempting to create my account and list my server i keep getting the error "It appears you have already submitted a shard." i have tried logging in a lot, I have tried resetting the password but it tells my the user doesn't exist. I also haven't recieved an email from uogateway at all.. =( does anyone have an email of someone who can help or is there an admin on here who can help me? I have worked very hard to put this shard together up to this point i would hate to not be able to list it.

I am writing to request an ownership transfer for a shard. We are unable to determine what account.. or if any are associated with our server & we are completely locked out of any account that could possibly be connected to our server. I have attached some details about our shard as well as email addresses associated with me. hopefully this helps. tried pming redfox however i can't figure out how to.. lol

I'll look into this in a bit and get back to you, also not sure why you can't send PMs but I see I can't send you one either so will look into this too. The phpbb permission system is a hot confusing mess.

Also I just redacted the emails so bots don't pick it up to send spam to them but I took note.
