Shard was showing but not now

Hi there, our shard was showing online till December, then stopped. We have not changed anything.

Ok just found it, it should show up, but it's possible it vanishes again, seems something is glitching. It's showing up offline and went innactive but as long as it has votes it should still show up but for some reason it wasn't. It's showing up now. I will need to look into why that happened.
