bad spawn in fel destard first area

Critters spawning in Fel destard level one in the pond in the first area. There is currently a drake and dragon having a bath in there.

. Wondering If I can get every creature to spawn in there some how

Ah the famous UOKR client renovations! They really need to stop making spawn holes in the map. We'll have to add some nospawn tiles I think but for now I can fix the spawners to avoid the pool.
