Shard was showing but not now

Hi there, our shard was showing online till December, then stopped. We have not changed anything.

Does it still work when you try to vote for it? You can post the link here, I just need the ID part as I can't seem to find it by login server.

Ok just found it, it should show up, but it's possible it vanishes again, seems something is glitching. It's showing up offline and went innactive but as long as it has votes it should still show up but for some reason it wasn't. It's showing up now. I will need to look into why that happened.

Did a tweak to the poller so shards that are set as inactive should get polled a little more often now, it happens within 2 hours or so. I'm not sure why your shard suddenly appeared offline but sent a PM for you to check a few things. It seems the poller can connect but the connection gets dropped.
