Ownership Transfer Request - Original Host Disappeared

Hi UOGateway Team,
I am writing to request an ownership transfer for a shard.
Unfortunately, we have encountered a significant issue with our previous hosting provider. They recently took our sponsored server offline without any prior notice and deleted our subdomain, which included all associated email accounts. Consequently, we no longer have access to the original email address used to register the shard on UOGateway.
I have personally taken over the shard to ensure its survival and we are now back online at a new location. We would like to update our listing information (IP, website, etc.), but we are currently locked out.
