You should be put down like the animal you are. It's just another way our society is going soft. And I am a liberal saying this, not a bleeding heart liberal, a stab-you-in-the-heart liberal.[/i]

I'm all up for capital punishment as long as the crime fits. Knowing the US, they'd probably start using capital punishment for downloading MP3s because they're just retarded like that when it comes to copyright and that crap. I say just abolish copyright and patents, they're but retarded forms of society limitations.

But for rape, murder, animal cruality - capital punishement = FTW. And no not the way they do it now, its WAY too soft. I say keep them in jail for like 5-10 randomized years, THEN kill them. Move them in new jail cell every 2-3 weeks, make them think "today is the day" then suddently, WHAM, some new peice of equipment is in their cell, such as an electric chair. Need to pump their adrenaline, make them phsycologically suffer first.

Oh and I'm talking about phsycos right now, not kids.

Capital Crimes should equal Capital Punishment. And you are right, not these pansy "Humane" executions like Gas Chamber and Lethal Injection. I'm talking a good old fashion draw and quarter, Hanging, Firing Squad, and Electric Chair. If someone is convicted of a captial crime they shouldn't be babied along to a chamber where they sit and eventually fall over dead from a tastless gas.

They should get a form of execution comiserate with their crime. Sure some people could still get the gas chamber, but for most they shoudl just be taken into a courtyard and shot. Bullets are cheap, we dont need to blow 10k USD on their executions, just $.25 on a bullet.

And the three strike law shoudl be amended. If someone commits 3 violent would get Life in jail they should just be shot. Put them down. Society needs to stop babying violent criminals and treat them like the animals they behave like. If you don't realize by the third time that beating your wife is not ok we don't need you in our gene pool or society, simple enough?

I wouldn't be able to make it in this day and age, I have too much of a past, since I wasn't groomed since birth to be a politician and didn't keep my nose clean. Even a seal juvenille record would surface in todays politics. Otherwise I'd be running in 2020 XD.[/quote]

Have you ever watched Faces of Death? They show people getting executed in the chair and in the gas chamber. The gas chamber is probably one of the worst recent execution methods. I will never forget seeing that guy hold his breath till he almost turned blue.

Yep I say they need execution punishments to fit the crime.

But at same time, don't jump directly to execution, I think in some cases give maybe ONE chance but all depends. Like killing 1 person, and if the motive behind leads to think he wont do it again, possibly give a chance. But a mass murder spree, nope. Let them rot in jail for a couple years then execute, or if thats too expensive, a few weeks would do just to get the whole emotional stuff going on to screw them up good, then execute.

Also, animal cruelity needs to be treated the same way. I'm talking about the super brutal things, not just kicking a dog, but stuff like skinning cats alive and burning them alive. These people deserve the worse possible punishment.
