Tomorow is a war, and I am a soldier. What if this war would be done in an hour? Isin't that worth fighting for? Isin't that worth dying for? Isin't that worth failing for?

Probably not, especially if that war is a math test tomorow on trigonometric identities.

Give me class A address subnetting any time instead of this.

My goal is 29%, if I can hit that, it means my average will be marginaly acceptable for passing, which is good!

lol. Almost as bad as boolean algebra. Picture factoring and getting rid of terms in the same equation. Plus about 15 theorums you gotta keep in mind. It's pretty nasty.

Do you mean like tan x = sin x / cos x and sin²x + cos²x = 1? I love those! It’s amazing how much they can simplify things.

Oh, and don’t say such things about factoring! It sure beats the quadratic formula and synthetic division!

Graphing is ok, I managed to get 70% on that test, but factoring and trig identities, oh, how evil! I thought subnetting on paper was bad till I realized math was WAY worse! It's easier to understand subnetting then huge trig questions too! you only have to worry about 2 different digits, 1 and 0.

For example 192.168.00 000000.0 can clearly make 2 usable networks! (two you have to throw away since it's the broadcast of the main network, and the other is the network address of the main network)

But throw a couple of factoring or trig questions down my path and you have me confused.

Heck, just tell me to recite the quadratic formula without looking at notes.

speaking of hangovers i actaully have one for once this morning and it sucks. I have heart burn really bad and i am starting to get a cold i can tell.. Have to work tonight 2 dammit.

I HATE math...I am an english person...give me a pencil a piece of paper and a topic and ill have no problem writing you a paper...give me a bunch of number and a calculator and i will probably ask you how to work this thing

I'm not good at english stuff either, our report writing class is actually rather confusing, there's just so much "elements" and "standards" to follow it's crazy.

I'm more a programing type person. Give me a computer task that you want automated and a decent compiler and I'll write a program for it.

Results of the war:

1-0 for me.

I got 32%!!! That's above the mark I had to get to maintain my marginally acceptable average. So at least I know right now I'm passing math.

This war was hard, but it sure was worth fighting for. I have to thank the force for this one.

Yeah most died in battle, but a couple made it sort of ok. Not sure if I should turn them into sith lords or see if they'll heal up, but they're not looking too good.
