So i deleted my UO server from your site because testing on my server is over. We are back to closed beta. But my shard is still listed, I try to login and my account no longer exists. I would like my shard REMOVED please so people stop trying to login! Is anyone still using this forum? Would be awesome to have a contact email posted somewhere on the uogateway website.

You should be able to initiate a password reset on it, and it will send you an email. If that doesn't work let me know the name of the shard.

Its the welcome home server, I cant reset my password because I deleted the account.. all it says is "No such user" if you could just remove it, I would appreciate it. Thanks for the quick response :)

I just issued a password reset. It's odd it was not letting you though, as the shard is still in the database.

Hope you're feeling better, I see things work now, but let me know if there's still an issue. If there's still a password issue you can PM me the email you used and I can reset manually then send you it to that email.

Hi, I have similar issue. Aproximately a month ago, I added our shard to the UoGateway, however later on I found out the new registrations were closed due to the bot attacks. Since then, im not able to receive the confirmation email. Should I add shard again?

Yeah try adding it again, if it does not let you, pm me the email you used and I can delete shard so you can retry.
