1: Go into safe mode
2: Open a command prompt and navigate to the right folder by doing "cd C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike"
3: Delete all files that match C-00000291*.sys by doing del C-00000291*.sys
(optionally you can backup that folder first to be safe)
4: Reboot, and it should fix the issue.
Note: I have not tested this myself personally as I did not run into this issue myself, I just figured I would make some clear and simple instructions based on what I found online in case someone is searching for this and finds it. Lot of the instructions are long winded and if you're in IT scrambling to get a critical machine up you don't have time for the fluff. Hope this helps someone.
